In-stock rain chain orders: please allow 2 - 3 days for your order to be shipped.
If a product is not in stock, we will tell you promptly.

Returns
Returns are gladly accepted, with a Return Authorization, if the items are returned in unused condition.  However, we cannot accept returns if any aging or non-shipping damage has taken place. Returns are refunded for the amount of merchandise only, this does not include shipping charges and Returned Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Please CALL US FIRST before returning goods. 843.271.6255

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, a product breaks or fails, just return it. We'll either repair the item you returned or send you a brand new one.
